HE'S BACK

Thursday I was able to cut out of school a little early and head up to Seattle with my girls to pick up Steve from the airport. It is wonderful to hear about his experiences and great to have him home again.
You can read about his trip by going to http://www.steveinafrica2008.blogspot.com/
He's updating the site to share his journal entries.

Last night Steve and I attended a "progressive dinner" with folks from church. Ya know, it was kinda fun. We started with appetizers at the church, traveled to someone's house for salad, traveled to another someone's house for the main course, and ended up back at the church for dessert and coffee. I'm not the social animal ,but I sure enjoyed getting to meet some new people.

JASPER

My biggest sister, Jeane, sent me some pictures of her new grandson, Jasper. I got them awhile ago and was hesitant to expose him to the wide world web. But everytime I look at his precious face, I think that I have to share these! So here's Jasper!

Jasper is Rachel and Matthew's little guy. Rachel is Jeane's daughter and therefore, my niece! A very cool thing...Jeane lives next door to Rachel and Matthew, and Jasper was born on Jeane's birthday, November 4. How cool is that?

And isn't he gorgeous? He looks like he could be anybody's buddy.

WHERE'S THE BABY?

This is my sister's daughter's daughter, Adrian. I have three older sisters and the connection here is with my second eldest sister, Ann. Ann's daughter's name is Kristen...Kristen and her husband, Mo now have a little girl, Adrian. Can Adrian work the camera or what?! She's a cutie for sure!

WHERE'S MALDO?

This past Thursday, I dropped Steve off at Sea-Tac airport where he caught a flight to Amsterdam and then on to Uganda. I'm hoping to keep up with his blogspot so I'm not sure how much I'll be posting here. Feel free to check it out:
